Please choose carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Sale:

 

Non-Refundable Items

All earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Items purchased during sale periods cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

Luna & Mac does not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Any shipping and handling fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend registered post for returns, as Luna & Mac is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.

Shipping

We use Australia Post for our delivery service.

Processing Time:

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase (excluding public holidays).

 

Shipping Within Australia Delivery Times:

Standard Mail typically takes 2-3 business days within the same state, while interstate deliveries may take 3-6 business days. Express Post Tracked offers next-business-day delivery for items within the Express Post network. 

Shipping to New Zealand Delivery Times:

Standard Mail is approximately 7 business days.

Express Post is approximately 3-5 business days.

Delivery times can vary based on the service selected, destination, and other factors such as weather conditions and 

public holidays.
